There is nothing I love more than capturing all those precious fleeting moments on a couple's big day. From the getting-ready moments to letting loose on the dance floor and rocking all night long, I aim to provide my couples with the most amazing wedding photography experience. And what makes the work easy are the wonderful and lovable couples I meet. I recently photographed Morgann and Jamry's wedding at Crane Cottage on Jekyll Island, Georgia. And if there was one word to describe their wedding, it would be MAGICAL. Here's a glimpse of their wedding day. 

Meet The Lovebirds

Jamry and Morgann were both customer service representatives working for an advertising company in 2016 and met each other while sharing a cubicle wall. Their cubicle conversations turned into taking mid-day breaks together where they contemplated life, complained about their work, and dreamed about what they'd rather be doing. 

One day their seating arrangements at work changed, and they were placed on opposite sides of the floor. People noticed their strong friendship and argued about whether they would be okay with this new change. While Morgann didn't pay heed to this and was oblivious to their chemistry, Jamry played it cool and didn't let the situation bother him. 

Morgann And Jamry's Crane Cottage Wedding

Any wedding day story is incomplete without the getting-ready photos. Morgann chose an elegant wedding dress for her big day. She looked like a vision in white, and I really loved how she kept a big smile on her face throughout. I always aim to capture photos that are a true representation of my clients, and Morgann's getting-ready photos are a testament to her bright and loving personality. 

With their love story saying it all, Morgann had a pair of socks customized for Jamry with the inscription "In case you get cold feet" printed on it! It was truly a hilarious and fun idea, and I obviously had to get a picture of it. Getting ready to marry the love of his life, Jamry slipped on his shoes and settled his bowtie, eagerly waiting to start a new life with Morgann. Though the bride and groom didn't have a first look, one of my favorite moments from Morgann and Jamry's wedding was when Morgann's dad saw his beautiful daughter. His reaction was priceless! Proud to see Morgann grow into this remarkable woman, he gave her a sweet kiss and hug. 

Jamry and Morgann had a stunning outdoor wedding at the Crane Cottage on Jekyll Island. And as a wedding photographer, I love being outdoors and taking all those bright and airy wedding photos - which Morgann and Jamry's wedding day certainly provided. Surrounded by nature from all sides, Jamry and Morgann said I do in front of a gorgeous fountain, with the sun casting a magical glow during their nuptials. And to add a special touch to their wedding, Jamry, and Morgann's dear friend was the officiant.

Sealing their marriage with a kiss, Morgann and Jamry honored their heritages/ancestors by jumping the broom and breaking the glass. What an excellent way to say, "I just got married!". Heading down the aisle as husband and wife, I took the opportunity to whisk away the newlyweds for some more couple portraits. With that just-married glow on their faces, I walked around with Morgann and Jamry, trying to find picture-perfect spots. As the sun began to set, I took some great sunset pictures of the newlyweds soaking in the love and celebrating their special day.

And then it was time to party! Upon reaching the venue, what instantly caught my attention was the incredibly stunning four-tier cake. I've seen numerous wedding cakes in my career, and Morgann and Jamry's wedding cake definitely deserves a spotlight. Decorated with fresh flowers and artistic designs, I couldn't get over the spectacular detailing on their grand wedding cake. After the cake-cutting and emotional speeches, everyone joined the happy couple on the dance floor for a night full of dancing and good times.
