As a wedding photographer, I have had the absolute pleasure of witnessing many special moments, but documenting Asher and Damon’s Bishop Station Atlanta wedding was truly breathtaking. You could feel their strong bond and love for each other throughout the day. This amazing couple worked in the exciting world of television production, and that's how they met and began their love story.  Asher and Damon’s engagement was a super sweet session that included Asher’s daughter Jace (and their beloved dog), walking around a park in New York City. It showed how much they treasure their bond, and I knew with all that love around them that their big day would be nothing short of glorious - and it truly was! This lovely couple had a joyful union that I won’t soon forget.

Asher And Damon’s Bishop Station Atlanta Wedding

I began the day photographing the bride and groom’s getting ready pictures. Asher was glowing with a gentle serenity, smiling in anticipation of her big day ahead. The whole vibe around her was so happy and empowering. On the other side, Damon looked dapper in his wedding attire and was surrounded by his handsome groomsmen showing off men-in-black confidence and style. Asher looked like a princess in her wedding dress and had a beautiful first look with her bridesmaids. Capturing their expressions of surprise and pure joy was priceless. The big wedding party gave me plenty of opportunities to get fantastic group shots.

Every detail at Bishop Station seemed to be created to make Asher and Damon’s special day perfect. The venue was filled with the most beautiful decorations, from the shimmer of the golden sconces lining the brick walls to the romantic, floral decor that held all in attendance in awe. Even the breathtaking chandelier overhead added an extra measure of elegance and style to the ceremony. The couple's heartfelt expressions when they saw each other for the first time said volumes about their love and how deeply they adored each other, and taking photographs of the touching moment made my heart full. Capturing them exchanging their vows and later going for a fun dance walk up the aisle as a happy trio with their daughter Jace are memories I will always keep close to my heart.

Photographing the energy of Asher and Damon's wedding reception was such a blast. The warm, vibrant atmosphere came alive as the bridesmaids jubilantly entered with sparklers in their hands, filling the dance floor with excitement. Then came the romantic first dance between Asher and Damon - a beautiful romantic scene to capture! And when Damon and Jace joined for a groovy dance number, everyone cheered. Throughout the night, such amazing energy filled the room as the couple set the floor on fire with their killer moves along with their loved ones, some of whom joined them while some played in the 360-degree photo booth. Documenting this happy celebration of love was an unforgettable experience.
